Curiae in International Arbitration Proceedings
LawFuel.com - The Law News Network - LawFuel has posted an article from lawyers SJ
Berwin on its law news website dealing with international arbitration issues.
Against the background of an increasing use of international arbitration both by the
European Commission and private actors within the domain of European competition law
and EC merger control, this article sets out best practices that the European

guidelines in the field, this article seeks to provide some tentative suggestions
with a view to encouraging a wider public debate.
