Press Release Body = Obesity causes more problems than it will ever be worth. Heart and diabete problems rank amoung the top killers. And obestiy is to blame. Our couch potatoe mind set has kept us from lossing weight for too long. But some of us never have the energy to leave the couch. Then, some of us work hard to lose weight, and never seem to shed a pound. As did I, some days on the worksite it would reach as much as 110 degrees and the humidity would be unbarable. In that heat, walking at least 5 miles daily, never losing a pound.? I had heard of weight loss programs that had caused serious problems, like destroying vital organs. I thought,\"I\'m only 210 lbs.
