Heading South for a Florida golf vacation? Love baseball too? Well, this is your
time of year! Spring Training action in Florida\'s Grapefruit League offers fans the
chance to get up close and personal with big leaguers, including the World Champion
St. Louis Cardinals! Mix in great weather and visits to a few Florida golf courses
and you\'ve got the perfect spring break.

As Florida baseball fans (as well as longtime Spring Training pilgrims) know, the
Sunshine State\'s teams are clustered in three main areas.

Southeast Florida, the area from Fort Lauderdale in the south to Melbourne in the
north, hosts the Baltimore Orioles (Fort Lauderdale), the St. Louis Cardinals and
Florida Marlins in Jupiter, the New York Mets in Port Saint Lucie, the Los Angeles
Dodgers in Vero Beach, and the Washington Nationals (Melbourne).

Florida\'s Gulf Coast hosts the New York Yankees in Tampa, the Boston Red Sox and
Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers, the Philadelphia Phillies in Clearwater, the Tampa
Devil Rays in St. Petersburg, the Cincinnati Reds in Bradenton and the Toronto Blue
Jays in Dunedin.

And Central Florida is home to the Cleveland Indians in Winter Haven, the Houston
Astros and Atlanta Braves in the Orlando area (Kissimmee, to be exact), and the
Detroit Tigers in Lakeland.

Here\'s a schedule of Spring Training games for the 2007 season:

Spring Training schedule: Feb. 26
Florida Atlantic University at St. Louis Cardinals

Spring Training schedule: Feb. 27
Florida Southern at Detroit Tigers

Spring Training schedule: Feb. 28
