Parks Associates and EH Publishing Join Forces to Monitor Home Systems
Integration/Installation Channels

March 7, 2007, Orlando, Fl — Parks Associates and EH Publishing today announced a
research alliance that combines their expertise in the home systems integration
space to provide high-level data and analysis on the players, market dynamics, and
future trends for this rapidly expanding channel. Current growth in the home systems
integration/custom installation channel will push U.S. residential sales revenues to
nearly $10 billion in 2007, due in large part to expanding business models and more
affordable technologies, according to Parks Associates.

“Low-voltage specialists are branching out from their traditional, very wealthy
clientele,” said Bill Ablondi, director of home systems research for Parks
Associates. “At the same time, other trades are acquiring the necessary skills to
