Everlast has pink boxing gloves; Hershey’s makes pink York Peppermint Patties;
Playtex has Passion for Living pink gloves; and tic tac comes out in pink.

“The list of companies going “pink” grows with every year and is representative of
the commitment corporate America has made on behalf of breast cancer awareness and
research for a cure,” adds Ms. Yellin.

#1 Selling Dog Toy Goes Pink
“Multipet International, a pet toy company whose ever-popular Loofa dog appears in
the PetSmart TV commercials, has specially produced a pink Loofa dog with the
recognized pink ribbon embroidered on its chest,” notes Ms. Yellin, a breast cancer
survivor who spearheaded the “pink” program at the company.

“A new dog command has entered the marketplace…”sit,” “stay,” and “fight” breast
cancer,” adds Ms. Yellin.
“The Breast Cancer Research Foundation has been selected as our charity-of-choice to
receive ongoing contributions from the sale of the pink Loofa Dog,” says Ms. Yellin.


The pink ribbon Loofa Dog will be sold in over 20,000 stores nationwide including
PetSmart, PETCO, Pet Supplies Plus, Meijer’s, Walgreens, and CVS,.. It is available
in three sizes: 12”, 18” and 24” with a suggested retail price of $3.99--$8.99.
