award rally to Rookies Richard & Lori Ballen of Summerlin, Nevada.
Richard Ballen joined the real estate industry in 2006, becoming a member of
Coldwell Banker Wardley in Summerlin. Shortly thereafter, in 2007, his wife, Lori
Ballen joined him in his real estate efforts. At a recent award rally, Coldwell
Banker Wardley presented Richard & Lori Ballen with Top Honors. Awards included:

Silver, Rising Stars, Most Closed Transactions, Perfect attendance in the qualifying
