World-renowned Canadian Artist-Equine Communicator Liz Mitten Ryan will air her DVD
and present her new book One with the Herd: A Spiritual Journey at The Mane Event in
Red Deer, Alberta on April 25 – 27, 2008.

Mitten Ryan has conducted an unusual social experiment with her herd of semi-wild
horses on Gateway 2 Ranch in British Columbia. It has led to fresh observation and
understanding of equine language. Her discoveries advance our understanding of all
sentient beings and have broad implications for the repair of our lives.

One with the Herd is capturing hearts all across North America. It was a finalist in
the U.S.A. Best Books 2007Awards. Funds raised from book sales benefit equine
welfare groups around the world – including Thoroughbred Charities of America
