Press Release Body: 5-15-08 ORLANDO, FL: When the group leaders of the largest and arguably most successful Division of the popular Girl-Gaming Clan \"PMS\" decided to leave the clan and form their own group of like-minded gamers, few knew it would develop into what it has. Virtually the entire Delta Division of PMS chose to leave with their long-standing division leaders. The exodus inspired the name of the new clan: Delta Special Ops (DSO). Although currently the clan is comprised of mostly female members, the founders have elected that DSO be a co-ed gaming clan and the male participant numbers are steadily rising.
What sets the DSO apart from most others? The answer is simple: Attitude. DSO Clan is comprised of gamers from different walks of life who believe in fair and honorable gaming. This is a place to compete with other gamers who above all, respect each other and always maintain a positive attitude. When asked how they would describe DSO, one of the members said it best by simply stating \"It\'s a mantra, a home, a battle-cry, an answer, a family... I think the reason why we are all here is because we \"GET IT\". We understand that success is measured by more than just stats on paper; it is measured by the respect, love, and loyalty that we give to each other.\" Another simply described it as \"Love and friendship that goes beyond the game\"
With plans to expand game and platform coverage, DSO Clan currently has both male and female divisions in Halo 3, as well as mixed divisions for Call of Duty 4 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Competitive teams will represent DSO this season at multiple Major League Gaming (MLG) events in Halo 3, Rainbow Six Vegas 2. DSO is also actively seeking competitive challenges in Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4, online, on GameBattles.com.
