(Hudson, Ohio, USA / September 8, 2008) – To meet the training and technical
communication needs of Northeast Ohio businesses, Radcom, a consulting firm in
Hudson, Ohio, recently hired Sharon Resar, CDP, as a Professional Services Manager.
Resar’s first project is developing a series of e-learning courses for a major
regional financial institution.

Resar’s previous position was with AmTrust Bank where she served as a Senior
Business Analyst and internal consultant specializing in communications, process
improvement and documentation. In addition to her banking knowledge, Resar brings
solid employee development and human resources experience from the manufacturing
sector. In keeping with her professional background, Resar holds a Masters degree in
Organizational Psychology and Diversity Management, and is a Certified Diversity
Professional.

“We are fortunate that Sharon chose to join us,” said Bob Dianetti, president of
Radcom. “She’s got the perfect background to complement our existing team,”
Dianetti added.

In her new role, Resar is responsible for executing projects and working with
clients, subcontractors, and staff to design and develop a variety of communication
and training solutions. “I’m looking forward to using my experience in new ways with
different types of companies. My goal is to help each client better communicate
their ideas and content with their employees, customers, and business partners.
Working at Radcom allows me greater flexibility to design the best solution,” said
Resar.

Resar, of Euclid, Ohio, is also a free lance writer and editor, and enjoys her
community volunteer roles as a Board Member of the non-profit B.R.I.D.G.E.S.
organization, and President of the B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Diversity Task Force in the city
of Euclid. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family,
and having long lunches with good friends.
