Press Release Body: This film explores the lives of 14 working actresses in Los
Angeles, all brought together for one common goal. They want to share their stories
with the world. To commiserate their experience these ladies will create a
promotional calendar to assist them in getting their message across. There is a
different kind of Hollywood waiting to unfold. Throughout the documentary you will
see that although these ladies may come from different cultures, backgrounds, and
life experiences, they may be more alike than meets the eye. There is more to the
industry than the rich and famous and the bad and the ugly. These are real women, in
a superficial industry representing the other side. You can live your dreams and not
sell yourself short. You can be beautiful, healthy, strong, powerful, and
intelligent, and yes even successful just being you. This is a story of passion, a
story about survival, and a story about love. It is time the entertainment industry
took a really good look in the mirror. It is time for a change and these ladies are
on a mission, redefining what it means to be a celebrity.
