The Thanksgiving Day Buffet will run from noon to 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 27
in the Fernwood Resort Astor Room. Selections will include chef Matt's famous
pumpkin soup, a salad station, carved roasted turkey and ham, classic cornbread and
cranberry stuffing. A kids station will also be available with homemade mashed and
candied sweet potatoes, penne pasta with a smoked gouda sauce, Hollandaise Salmon,
and a festive holiday dessert station with a chocolate fountain. Additional buffet
tickets are $24.95 for adults and $8.95 for children plus gratuity and tax.
